For Samples
    When you order samples, please contact regional sales manager and get P/I for sample confirmation. After receive your full payment in advance, samples will be delivered immediately by freight collect.
In order to delivery the samples to customer without any damage and guarantee the time, we prefer express service: FEDEX DHL TNT UPS EMS

Delivery of Formal Order
    For OEM order, average delivery will be 12-22 days according to different product and customer requirements
    For repeat orders, average delivery will be 8-12 days.

Sample Delivery
    For samples available in stock, we will arrange delivery immediately after receiving full payment of sample changes.
    For special required samples, delivery will be 2-7 days after receiving full payment of sample changes.

Warranty
    We provide following warranty terms for optional after sales service:
    1, One and half years warranty
    2, For defective units within warranty period, we provide free repair service to customer and customer will be responsible for freight cost, or we will provide the extra ones in the next order, with free of charge.
